Dr. Judy White is a Living Legend with a litany of firsts in her resume- First black principal of a local elementary school, first person of color as a member of the cabinet at a local school district, first black doctoral graduate from Azusa Pacific University, first black superintendent at Moreno Valley Unified School District, and first person of color and first female superintendent of Riverside County Board of Education. Dr. White has developed programs that increased graduation rates for underserved students from 65-91%She has been recognized by organizations across the country including three presidents, ten statewide Golden Bell awards, and has served for six years on the College Board, an organization dedicated to connecting students to college success.
